The assembly process has been designed around the installer using the minimum of components - saves time and effort

Unique clip lock mechanism
Enable rafters to be quickly connected to the crown at any pitch - the rafters simply click into position. An integral bolt is then tightened to create a robust, reliable and safe structure.

The eaves beam accommodates all window profiles up to 70mm
Simply fits all PVC window systems without modification or need for separate connecting trims with the walls.

CS358 gutter bracket

Fast fit gutter system. Gutter brackets 'click' into position on the eaves beam and also act as a gutter strengthener
The gutter conceals the joint between the eaves beam and window resulting in a very neat appearance and removing the need for a separate jointing trim. This also hides any untidy joint between the wall panels and eaves beam whilst saving time and effort.

Eaves beam assembly with factory fitted pre-set captive bolts       Half ridge wall plate assembly with factory fitted pre-set bolts

Pre-set factory fitted 'captive bolts' ensure the roof connects together quickly and conveniently.
Saves time and effort.

Glazing bars offer either ovolo or bevelled caps
The roof can be configured to match the window style of the conservatory.

Glazing bar caps have twin clips
The caps remain secure during temperature changes. Woodgrain PVC caps remain secure without having to compromise with aluminium caps.

Three types of glazing bar are available, ranging from standard aluminium to super strength galvanised steel
Larger roof spans are possible using the super strength glazing bar, whereas on smaller roofs the most cost efficient glazing bar can be used.

A concealed glazing bar 'bolster' provides additional strength where required
The concealed design avoids the need for ugly and intrusive internally mounted bolster bars.

Two ridge options

Cost engineered for structural efficiency and performance
The efficient design of the ridge, eaves beam and glazing bars allow for the largest possible roof without the need for tie-bars. This provides flexibility for the conservatory designers to create the conservatory that the customer really wants.

The variable ridge allows for pitches between 5 and 40 degrees
Provides maximum flexibility on conservatory designs and reduced stockholding.

Variable ridge assembly

The standard eaves beam connects directly to the box gutter
Unlike systems that connect the glazing bar directly to the side of the box gutter, the Sheerlite system allows the standard eaves beam to connect to the side of the box gutter. This removes any risk of water penetrating inside the conservatory from the box gutter thereby avoiding the risk of costly remedial visits and customer complaints.

Organic Stabilised lead-free profile

All PVC components are manufactured from a lead-free polymer compound
Whilst still proving exceptionally high levels of colour stability and mechanical durability, the Sheerlite roof system sets the environmental standard by using new organic stabilisers. Sheerlite roofs are lead-free.

The pre-set pitch ridge is suitable for standard 20, 25 and 30 degree roofs.
Delivers ultimate fabrication and assembly speeds and cost efficiency for 'standard module' roofs.
