Fits all window systems
The external PVC trim extends to the underside of the eaves beam to ensure a neat connection with the windows without the need for a separate jointing trim, regardless of the front-to-back dimension of the window profile. The base of the eaves beam is flat to accommodate all window profile designs.

The positioning of the gutter also means that any misalignment of adjacent frames at the head due to installation tolerances is hidden.

Cross section showing box shaped design

The wider 'box-shaped' design efficiently increases strength and rigidity

This provides a far more rigid roof structure with more flexibility to provide larger span sizes without tie bars and with wider glazing bar spacing.

Variable pitches
The same eaves beam allows for roof pitches between 2.5 and 40 degrees without modification. This is a significant contribution to simplicity and reduces stockholding.

Fast-fit trims
PVC trims on the inside and outside optimise thermal insulation performance. For site speed, the external trim is already fitted to the eaves beam in roof kits.

Fast fit trim connectors
For quick, simple and reliable assembly, injection moulded connectors simply clip into position and neatly joint sections of the internal eaves trim. This means that trims can be square cut thereby removing the need for difficult mitres and untidy silicon joints.

Slotted connections
Eaves beam sections are connected using cleats that slot into a track. This ensures that tight and secure joints are always achieved quickly and with minimum effort. It also means that a robust structural connection between eaves beam sections is ensured, which enhances the structural integrity of the roof.
